Jag \u00e4lskar palsternacka och vill man ta sina ugnsrostade gr\u00f6nsaker till en h\u00f6gre niv\u00e5 s\u00e5 sk\u00e4r man ner n\u00e5gra f\u00e4rska r\u00f6dbetor. Det blir s\u00e5 gott! Jag tycker att gr\u00f6nsakerna passar absolut b\u00e4st till biffar av olika slag, k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs- eller lammf\u00e4rsbiffar. Man kan variera gr\u00f6nsakerna som man vill, man kan ha i andra rotfrukter, paprika, potatisklyftor osv.<\/p>\n<p>4 potatisar<br \/>\n4 palsternackor<br \/>\n4 mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n4 r\u00f6dbetor<br \/>\n1 msk Olivolja<br \/>\nN\u00e5gra nypor flingsalt<br \/>\n1 tsk torkad eller ett knippe f\u00e4rsk timjan<\/p>\n<p>Skala och sk\u00e4r palsternackor och mor\u00f6tter p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden, jag brukar dela dem i 4 delar. Sk\u00f6lj potatisen och dela varje potatis i 6 klyftor. Skala r\u00f6dbetorna (kan vara en god id\u00e9 att ha p\u00e5 sig platshandskar annars kommer du bli r\u00f6d om h\u00e4nderna) och dela i klyftor. L\u00e4gg allt i en ugnsfast form, ringla \u00f6ver lite olja och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 flingsalt.
