Jag brukar l\u00e4gga dem i dubbla 3-liters plastp\u00e5sar och sedan krossa f\u00f6r hand. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och blanda ner kaksmulet i kastrullen och blanda ihop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6rdela kakmassan i botten av springformen och tryck till med baksidan av en sked. Pressa massan s\u00e5 att den blir j\u00e4mn och fast. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St\u00e4ll in i kylsk\u00e5pet medan du g\u00f6r fyllningen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vispa ihop f\u00e4rskost och vispgr\u00e4dde med en elvisp. B\u00f6rja p\u00e5 l\u00e5g hastighet s\u00e5 massan inte flyger iv\u00e4g och sedan p\u00e5 medelhastighet. Vispa i n\u00e5gra minuter s\u00e5 den blir lite fluffig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sikta ner florsocker och vaniljsocker. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner sockret med en slickepott s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bre ut fyllningen till ett j\u00e4mt lager p\u00e5 kaksmulebottnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen. N\u00e4r cheesecaken st\u00e5tt i kylen i cirka en timme kan du b\u00f6rjar g\u00f6ra jordgubbstoppingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj och ta bort bladen fr\u00e5n jordgubbarna. Sk\u00e4r dem i mindre bitar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e4gg jordgubbarna, vattnet och gel\u00e9sockret i en kastrull.
