Vill man, kan man klippa ner lite persilja.<\/p>\n<p>Men man kan ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra eget br\u00f6d, det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det tycker jag \u00e4r ypperligt att anv\u00e4nda till vitl\u00f6ksbr\u00f6d \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver<br \/>50 g j\u00e4st<br \/>5 dl vatten<br \/>2 tsk salt<br \/>12 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1. Smula ner j\u00e4sten i en bunke<br \/>2. V\u00e4rm vattnet till 37 grader. H\u00e4ll i lite av vattnet i bunken med j\u00e4sten och r\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att j\u00e4sten l\u00f6ser sig. H\u00e4ll i resten av vattnet. H\u00e4ll i saltet och h\u00e4lften av vetemj\u00f6let och r\u00f6r om. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6let.<br \/>3. Arbeta degen blank och smidig minst i 10 min.<br \/>4. J\u00e4s under bakduk i 20 min. Arbeta ner degen och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ytterligare 20 min.<br \/>5. Dela degen i ca 20 bitar och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i 20 min.<br \/>6. Gr\u00e4dda i 250 grader i ca 8 min.<br \/>7. L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler utan bakduk.<br \/>8. Dela 6 br\u00f6d i 4 delar (fyller ungef\u00e4r en pl\u00e5t), bred p\u00e5 vitl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret<br \/>9.
