Vi har fyllt semlorna med solrosmassa ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mandelmassa och toppat med en havrebaserad vispgr\u00e4dde. Mums! Solrosmassan och toppingen r\u00e4cker till ca 6 semlor, vill du g\u00f6ra fler s\u00e5 \u00f6ka m\u00e4ngden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vetedeg 12 st<br><br>50 g j\u00e4st<br>4 dl rumsvarm havrederyck (vi anv\u00e4nder iKaffe eller Oatly deluxe)<br>100 g rumsvarmt mj\u00f6lk- och sojafritt margarin<br>1,5 dl socker<br>1 tsk nyst\u00f6tt kardemumma<br>10-11 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>0,5 tsk salt<br>2 msk havregr\u00e4dde till pensling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solrosmassa till 6 bullar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 dl rostade solrosk\u00e4rnor<br>1 dl str\u00f6- eller florsocker<br>1 krm vaniljpulver<br>1,5 msk havregr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topping till 6 bullar<br>2,5 dl havrebaserad vispgr\u00e4dde (iMat, Oddlygood eller Flora plant visp)<br>Florsocker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smula j\u00e4sten i en degbunke. H\u00e4ll i lite av havredrycken och r\u00f6r tills j\u00e4sten har l\u00f6st sig. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00f6r ner socker, kardemumma, margarinet och h\u00e4ften av mj\u00f6let, blanda till en kladdig deg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt sedan saltet och resten av mj\u00f6let, lite i taget. Du ska f\u00e5 en kladdig men hanterbar deg. Jag b\u00f6rjar med 10 dl och oftast tills\u00e4tter jag inte mer. Efter ca 5 min kn\u00e5dning g\u00e5r degen degen ihop sig, \u00e4r den d\u00e5 f\u00f6r kladdig kan du ta lite mer mj\u00f6l och kn\u00e5da in. Kn\u00e5da 10 minuter totalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dela degen i 12 delar. Rulla delarna till runda bullar. L\u00e4gg bullarna p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper, inte f\u00f6r n\u00e4ra f\u00f6r de ska j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek. T\u00e4ck med bakduk och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i ca 2 timmar (tills de \u00e4r dubbelt s\u00e5 stora).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00f6r under tiden solrosmassan. Rosta solrosfr\u00f6na i en medelvarm torr stekpannapanna tills det b\u00f6rjar kn\u00e4ppa i dem. R\u00f6r hela tiden s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns. L\u00e5t svalna lite. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixa solrosk\u00e4rnorna tills det \u00e4r finf\u00f6rdelade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e4ll alla \u00f6vriga ingredienser till solrosmassan i mixern och mixa i n\u00e5gra minuter. Det ska bli en n\u00e5gorlunda sl\u00e4t massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensla bullarna med havregr\u00e4dde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda bullarna i mitten av ugnen i ca 12 minuter eller tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r helt genomgr\u00e4ddade.
