D\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver du inte tills\u00e4tta citron, vi tills\u00e4tter citron f\u00f6r att vi tycker att havrefraichen har en bismak som f\u00f6rsvinner n\u00e4r man tills\u00e4tter citronjuice.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topping:<\/strong> <br>Smulad mj\u00f6lkfri fetaost ex fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/violifefoods.com\/sv\/product\/violife-greek-white-block\/\">Violife <\/a>eller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenviefoods.com\/Greek-Style--greenvie-76-en.html\">Greenvie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e5s:<\/strong><br>1. B\u00f6rja med att blanda alla ingredienser till s\u00e5sen i en sk\u00e5l.<br>2. Smaka av med salt och citronjuice, b\u00f6rja med den mindre m\u00e4ngden och tills\u00e4tt mer efter tycke och smak. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 kylt till serveringen.<br><strong>Kycklingen:<\/strong><br>3. Salta och peppra kycklingen. <br>4. Linda in kycklingen i 1-2 baconskivor beroende p\u00e5 storlek. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k f\u00e5 skarvarna p\u00e5 undersidan. <br>5. Stek dem runt om i mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin i stekpanna tills de f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg. <br>6. L\u00e4gg dem i en ugnsfast form och l\u00e5t g\u00e5 f\u00e4rdigt i 200?C varm ugn i ca 20 minuter (eller tills fil\u00e9erna har en innertemperatur p\u00e5 72?C)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Man kan hoppa \u00f6ver steg 5, l\u00e4gg d\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet filerna direkt i ugnsformen och toppa med en klick mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin varje fil\u00e9. F\u00f6lj sedan punkt 6. <br><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Couscous:<\/strong><br>7. Skala morot samt sk\u00f6lj och k\u00e4rna ur paprikan. T\u00e4rna gr\u00f6nsakerna. Stek mjuka i en kastrull med olja p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme, ca 5-10 minuter.<br>8 . H\u00e4ll i paprikapulver och cayennepeppar i kastrullen och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa med ca 1 minut (akta s\u00e5 det inte br\u00e4nns!)<br>9. H\u00e4ll ner couscousen och saltet i gr\u00f6nsakerna och blanda runt med morot, paprika och kryddorna.<br>10. Koka upp vattnet och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver couscousen.
