Allt i en gryta! S\u00e5 praktiskt. Det \u00e4r lite pyssel innan f\u00f6r l\u00f6ken och potatisen ska skalas och skivas, k\u00f6ttet ska skivas tunt och l\u00f6k och k\u00f6tt ska brynas var f\u00f6r sig. N\u00e4r allt v\u00e4l \u00e4r i grytan s\u00e5 sk\u00f6ter det sig sj\u00e4lv i en timme eller s\u00e5. Sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i tunna skivor och potatisen i lite tjockare skivor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stek l\u00f6ken mjuk med 1 msk margarin i en stekpanna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver p\u00e5 en tallrik\/form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bryn k\u00f6ttet i resten av margarinet p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor i omg\u00e5ngar p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. Salta och peppra. Ta upp k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan bredvid l\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e5t stekskyn fr\u00e5n k\u00f6ttet vara kvar i pannan, sp\u00e4d med vatten och l\u00f6s upp buljongt\u00e4rningen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varva potatis, k\u00f6tt, l\u00f6k och timjan i en vid gryta, b\u00f6rja och sluta med potatis. Salta och peppra lite p\u00e5 det \u00f6versta lagret av potatisen. H\u00e4ll i skyn och \u00f6len.
