H\u00e4ll vatten, socker, \u00e4ttika och salt i en burk och r\u00f6r om tills sockret l\u00f6st sig. Hyvla gurkan med en osthyvel och v\u00e4nd ner gurkan och persiljan i lagen. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 medan du tillagar biffar och s\u00e5s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blanda havredryck och str\u00f6br\u00f6d och l\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla i n\u00e5gra minuter. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blanda str\u00f6br\u00f6dsblandningen med f\u00e4rs, fond och kryddor. Forma fyra stora eller \u00e5tta sm\u00e5 biffar. Stek 2-3 minuter p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme p\u00e5 varje sida i mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e4ll havregr\u00e4dden och vatten i en kastrull, h\u00e4ll i fond och smula ner buljongt\u00e4rningen och l\u00e5t koka upp. Blanda ut maizenan i 1-2 msk kallt vatten och h\u00e4ll ner i s\u00e5sen.
