Det passar ju n\u00e4stan j\u00e4mt och \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 gott! Vi brukar anv\u00e4nda Oatlys havredryck deluxe eller deras iKaffe n\u00e4r vi g\u00f6r den. Osten vi anv\u00e4nder \u00e4r Valio Oddlygood Veggie grated, det blir superbra om man blandar ner den mesta osten i s\u00e5sen och sparar bara lite grann som man kan toppa med. Ibland anv\u00e4nder vi bj\u00e4st flingor ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r den rivna osten, den ger en ostig smak. Man kan s\u00e5klart g\u00f6ra b\u00e9chamels\u00e5sen utan &#8221;ost&#8221; ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r man g\u00f6r k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen kan man passa p\u00e5 att ha i goda rotsaker som morot och rotselleri, men det g\u00e5r precis lika bra att utesluta dem och endast ha l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i. <br><br><strong>Vi brukar g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><br>9-12 lasagneplattor beroende p\u00e5 form<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s<\/strong><br>500 g n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs<br>1 msk mj\u00f6lk- och sojafritt margarin (vi anv\u00e4nder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flora.com\/sv-se\/flora\/produkter\/margarin\/flora-mjolkfri-600g\">Flora mj\u00f6lkfri<\/a>)<br>1 gul l\u00f6k<br>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br>1 morot (kan uteslutas)<br>1 bit rotselleri (kan uteslutas)<br>2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<br>400 g krossade tomater (vi brukar anv\u00e4nda den med chili)<br>1 msk kalvfond (vi anv\u00e4nder <a href=\"https:\/\/bongtouchoftaste.se\/produkt\/kalvfond\/\">Bong Touch of Taste<\/a>)<br>1\/2 tsk salt<br>1 krm nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00e9chamels\u00e5s<\/strong><br>5 msk mj\u00f6lk- och sojafritt margarin<br>5 msk vetemj\u00f6l<br>1 liter havredryck <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oatly.com\/se\/products\/havredryck-deluxe\">Oatly deluxe<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oatly.com\/se\/products\/ikaffe\">ikaffe<\/a> (ca 3% fetthalt)<br>1 tsk salt<br>1 krm svartpeppar<br>1\/2 tsk riven muskotn\u00f6t (ger god smak men kan uteslutas,)<br>150g riven ost (vi anv\u00e4nder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valio.se\/produkter\/oddlygood\/valio-oddlygood-veggie-grated\/?forpackning=150-g-pase\">Valio Oddlygood Veggie grated<\/a>), spar lite till topping eller 2 msk <a title=\"bj\u00e4st\" href=\"http:\/\/clk.tradedoubler.com\/click?p(70363)a(129101)g(17349432)url(https:\/\/www.bodystore.com\/bjast-flingor-160-gram\/A1994.html)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bj\u00e4st<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/impse.tradedoubler.com\/imp?type(inv)g(17349432)a(129101)\"> (n\u00e4ringsj\u00e4st).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Skala och hacka l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, morot och rotselleri. Stek l\u00f6k och rotsaker mjuka i margarinet i en stekpanna. <\/li><li>Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen i stekpannan, finf\u00f6rdela den medan du bryner den tillsammans med l\u00f6k och rotsaker.<\/li><li>Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9 och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa med i f\u00e4rsen n\u00e5gon minut. Krydda med salt och peppar. Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater och kalvfond och l\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ca 10 minuter. Smaka eventuellt av med mer salt och peppar.<\/li><li>G\u00f6r under tiden b\u00e9chamels\u00e5sen: Sm\u00e4lt margarinet i en kastrull, s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och vispa ner vetemj\u00f6let och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa i margarinet 1-2 minuter.  <\/li><li>Sp\u00e4d redningen med havredrycken lite i taget under vispning. N\u00e4r all havredryck \u00e4r i s\u00e5 l\u00e5ter du s\u00e5sen sjuda i 5-10 minuter.  <\/li><li>Smaka av med salt, peppar, muskotn\u00f6t och r\u00f6r sedan ner den rivna osten.<\/li><li>Varva k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s, lasagneplattor och b\u00e9chamels\u00e5s  i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. Jag brukar alltid b\u00f6rja med k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s i botten, sedan ett lager med lasagneplattor som jag brer ut ett lager b\u00e9chamels\u00e5s p\u00e5 och sedan l\u00e4gger jag p\u00e5 k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s. Sista lagret ska best\u00e5 av lasagneplattor, b\u00e9chamels\u00e5s och lite riven ost p\u00e5 toppen. <\/li><li>Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader i ca 45 minuter.
