I g\u00e5r och i dag har det varit mulet s\u00e5 d\u00e5 passar jag p\u00e5 att baka. F\u00f6rst ut blev ett frukostbr\u00f6d som passar bra att rosta. Tills\u00e4tt vattnet och blanda tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6sts upp.  R\u00f6r ner socker, olja, salt och vetemj\u00f6l, lite i taget. Anv\u00e4nder du torrj\u00e4st s\u00e5 blanda j\u00e4sten med h\u00e4lften av mj\u00f6let och h\u00e4ll sedan ner vatten, socker, olja och salt.  R\u00f6r ihop allt och h\u00e4ll sedan ner resten av mj\u00f6let. R\u00f6r till en smidig deg och kn\u00e5da den kraftigt i n\u00e5gra minuter. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa under bakduk i ca 50 min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar p\u00e5 ett mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Forma degbitarna till tv\u00e5  limpor. Kl\u00e4 tv\u00e5 br\u00f6dformar (ca 1 \u00bd  liter) och l\u00e4gg en limpa i vardera br\u00f6dform.  Pensla br\u00f6den med vatten och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver sesamfr\u00f6n\/vallmofr\u00f6n. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under bakduk i 30 minuter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e4rm upp ugnen till 250 grader men s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 200 grader n\u00e4r du s\u00e4tter in br\u00f6den i ugnen.
