Jag gjorde egen tacos\u00e5s och det var ju superenkelt och den blev s\u00e5 god. Fyllningen kan man alternera med n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, kycklingfil\u00e9 eller g\u00f6ra helt vegetariskt med ris och b\u00f6nor. Jag gjorde med kycklingfil\u00e9, ris och svarta b\u00f6nor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en perfekt r\u00e4tt om man vill anv\u00e4nda rester. Har du ofta ris fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdagen och \u00f6ppnade b\u00f6n-tetror i kylen s\u00e5 \u00e4r det h\u00e4r en perfekt r\u00e4tt. Man kan anv\u00e4nda salsan som blir \u00f6ver fr\u00e5n tacosen eller g\u00f6ra en egen. Skala, dela l\u00f6ken i halvor och strimla den tunt. Dela limen och pressa saften \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken, v\u00e4nd runt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 medan du tillagar tortillarullarna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6k, paprika och chilifrukt. Stek i olja tills de mjuknar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt spiskummin och l\u00e5t steka med n\u00e5gon minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater, gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong, vatten, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme ca 25-30 minuter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00f6r under tiden fyllningen. Koka riset enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 paketet. Strimla kycklingen och stek i stekpanna tills den \u00e4r genomstekt. Ta ur kycklingen ur pannan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacka paprika och l\u00f6k och stek mjuk p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e4ll i kryddorna och l\u00e5t steka med n\u00e5gon minut,  blanda sen ner kycklingen, riset och b\u00f6nor och l\u00e5t allt bli varmt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6rdela fyllningen p\u00e5 tortillabr\u00f6den, rulla ihop och l\u00e4gg i en ugnsform med skarven ned\u00e5t. H\u00e4ll tacos\u00e5sen \u00f6ver rullarna och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten.
