Ig\u00e5r provade jag att g\u00f6ra laktitspannacotta p\u00e5 Aitos Oat for whipping och agar agar. Det var f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen vi provade alla dessa tre ingredienser i en pannacotta. Och det blev tipp topp (i allafall p\u00e5 andra f\u00f6rs\u00f6ket). Jag var lite orolig att Oat for whipping inte skulle klara att man v\u00e4rmde upp den, men det gick bra. P\u00e5 baksidan av agar agar paketet st\u00e5r det att man ska reda av 5 dl v\u00e4tska med 1 tsk agar agar. Det blir alldeles f\u00f6r mycket i en pannacotta. Jag har provat. H\u00e4ll havregr\u00e4dden, socker, lakritspulver, vaniljpulver och agar agar i en kastrull.  N\u00e4r du ser att gr\u00e4ddblandningen ska b\u00f6rja koka s\u00e5 s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t sjuda i ca 2 minuter under omr\u00f6rning.<br>3. L\u00e5t svalna lite och h\u00e4ll sedan upp i fyra glas. <br>4. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 kylt och stelna i minst 3 timmar. <br>5. Om du anv\u00e4nder frysta hallon s\u00e5 koka upp dem f\u00f6rst och l\u00e5t svalna. Toppa den helt kalla pannacottan med med helt svalnade hallon och citronmeliss. Jag brukar bara servera hallonen som de \u00e4r men om man vill kan man g\u00f6ra en kompott med socker f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en s\u00f6tare smak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Livsmedelsverket ger r\u00e5det att koka upp frysta importerade hallon innan de \u00e4ts, l\u00e5t koka i n\u00e5gra minuter och l\u00e5t dem sedan bli helt kalla innan du toppar dem p\u00e5 pannacottan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi \u00e4lskar pannacotta!
