S\u00e4nk sedan v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 plattan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6k , vitl\u00f6k och chili (f\u00f6r mindre hetta ta bort k\u00e4rnorna). Sk\u00e4r paprikan i mindre bitar. V\u00e4nd ner med k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e5t steka ca 5 minuter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt alla kryddor och tomatpur\u00e9 och l\u00e5t steka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e4ll i de krossade tomaterna, buljong\/fond och vatten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under lock i ca 2-3 timmar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar om det beh\u00f6vs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servera med med ris eller i tortillabr\u00f6d med en god guacamole eller havrebaserad cream fraiche och en sallad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Vill man ha lite mindre hetta kan man ta bort chilipepparn och anv\u00e4nda krossade tomater med chili ist\u00e4llet.
