Till det s\u00e5 \u00e4r det gott att ha en majonn\u00e4s, aioli eller hamburgerdressing. De flesta man k\u00f6per inneh\u00e5ller som bekant \u00e4gg och ibland \u00e4ven mj\u00f6lkprodukter. S\u00e5 vi g\u00f6r egen, basen \u00e4r en majonn\u00e4s som vi g\u00f6r med kik\u00e4rtsspad ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r \u00e4gg. Och med en stavmixer \u00e4r den superenkel att g\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver<\/strong>:<br>3 msk kik\u00e4rtsspad<br>2&nbsp;tsk&nbsp;senap<br>1&nbsp;msk&nbsp;vitvinsvin\u00e4ger<br>1\/2 tsk salt<br>N\u00e5gra drag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen<br>2 dl neutral rapsolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda kik\u00e4rtsspad, senap, vin\u00e4ger, salt och peppar i en h\u00f6g beh\u00e5llare. St\u00e4ll ner och starta stavmixern och h\u00e4ll i oljan i en fin str\u00e5le. Vicka lite fram och tillbaka under tiden du h\u00e4ller i oljan. N\u00e4r all olja \u00e4r tillsatt blir majonn\u00e4sen tjock.
