Som \u00e4ggallergiker kan man reagera p\u00e5 damm fr\u00e5n \u00e4ggkartong och kakmix eller om de vistas i n\u00e4rheten n\u00e4r matr\u00e4tter inneh\u00e5llande \u00e4gg tillagas. Extremt k\u00e4nsliga \u00e4ggallergiker kan ocks\u00e5 var k\u00e4nsliga mot kyckling, h\u00f6ns och fiskrom. Symtomen kan vara n\u00e4sselutslag, eksem, astma, \u00f6gon- och l\u00e4ppsvullnad.<\/p>\n<p><em>V\u00e5r dotter fick diagnosen \u00e4ggallergi genom pricktest n\u00e4r hon var 1 \u00e5r. Hon hade aldrig \u00e4tit \u00e4gg innan och vi hade ingen aning om att hon var allergisk mot \u00e4gg. Hon fick i sig \u00e4gg f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r hon var 5 \u00e5r. Hennes storasyster som gick i skolan hade en avslutning och d\u00e5 fick hon i sig fel muffins av misstag, hon \u00e5t en tugga innan misstaget uppt\u00e4cktes. Hon blev d\u00e5sig, hennes l\u00e4ppar svullnade upp, fick n\u00e4sselutslag och sedan kr\u00e4ktes hon. Det var l\u00e4skigt, det var ungef\u00e4r samma reaktion som hon fick n\u00e4r hon reagerade p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lk f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r hon var 6 m\u00e5nader. Efter \u00e4ggallergireaktionen fick vi betapred (kortison som h\u00e4mmar allergiska reaktioner) och en anapen (spruta med adrenalin f\u00f6r akuta allvarliga allergireaktioner) utskriven.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6ljande ord betyder att det finns \u00e4gg i varan: hel\u00e4ggspulver, h\u00f6ns\u00e4ggvita, \u00e4ggalbumin, \u00e4gglobulin, \u00e4gg, \u00e4ggula, \u00e4ggulepulver, \u00e4ggvita, \u00e4ggvitepulver. Om det endast st\u00e5r albumin och globulin kan dessa komma fr\u00e5n \u00e4gg (men inte alltid) ring d\u00e5 tillverkaren f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 veta s\u00e4kert.<\/p>\n<p>Livsmedel\/r\u00e4tter som ofta inneh\u00e5ller \u00e4gg: Bernaises\u00e5s, cocosbollar, fiskgrat\u00e4ng, fromage, f\u00e4rsr\u00e4tter, glass, godis, kaffebr\u00f6d, kakor, leverpastej, majonn\u00e4s, majonn\u00e4sdressing, mar\u00e4nger, mousse, pajer, panerade r\u00e4tter, pannkaka, pasta, potatisbullar, raggmunk, soppor med pasta, sorbet, str\u00f6br\u00f6d, suffl\u00e9, t\u00e5rta, \u00e4ggvitekristyr.<\/p>\n<p>*Lysozym E1105 kan tills\u00e4ttas i utl\u00e4ndska ostar och kan inneh\u00e5lla sp\u00e5r av \u00e4gg. Ibland \u00e4r detta inte ens deklarerat p\u00e5 dessa ostar. Lecitin fr\u00e5n \u00e4gg kan f\u00f6rekomma men \u00e4r numera mycket ovanligt.<\/p>\n<p>Mer information finns p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.astmaoallergiforbundet.se\">Astma och Allergif\u00f6rbundet<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tips!<br \/>\nIst\u00e4llet f\u00f6r \u00e4gg i ex pannkakor kan 1 tsk bakpulver\/ \u00e4gg anv\u00e4ndas. I bakverk kan man ocks\u00e5 byta ut ett \u00e4gg p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt, men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det inte f\u00e5r bli f\u00f6r mycket bakpulver. Inneh\u00e5ller receptet redan mycket bakpulver och \u00e4ven har m\u00e5nga \u00e4gg som ska bytas ut p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt kan smaken bli lidande (eftersom bakpulver inte smakar s\u00e4rskilt). I v\u00e5ra sockerkakor och muffins har vi ca 2-3 tsk (som vanligt), men d\u00e5 kan vi ha \u00e4ndrat p\u00e5 ex. socker, mj\u00f6l eller v\u00e4tskem\u00e4ngd.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e5l du b\u00f6nor kan du anv\u00e4nda aquafaba (b\u00f6nspad) som fungerar superbra i exempelvis <a href=\"http:\/\/allergisidan.com\/recept\/saftig-saffranskaka\/\">mjuka kakor<\/a> eller till en <a href=\"http:\/\/allergisidan.com\/recept\/aggfri-kikartsmajonnas\/\">\u00e4ggfri majonn\u00e4s.<\/a> Numera sparar jag alltid kik\u00e4rts- eller b\u00f6nspad (som man kan frysa in) n\u00e4r jag anv\u00e4nder det i matlagning. 1 msk kik\u00e4rtsspad motsvarar ett \u00e4gg. Det finns ocks\u00e5 goda \u00e4ggfria majonn\u00e4ser att k\u00f6pa som exempelvis fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellmanns.com\/se\/produkter\/majonnas\/vegan-mayo-270g.html\">Hellmann&#8217;s Vegan Mayo<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kavli.se\/Produktgrupper\/majonnaes\/vegansk-majonnaes\">Kavli vegansk majonn\u00e4s <\/a>(kolla inneh\u00e5ll s\u00e5 ni t\u00e5l alla ingredienser)<\/p>\n<p>Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att pensla bullar med \u00e4gg kan man exempelvis ta sirap utr\u00f6rt i lite vatten eller havremj\u00f6lk.
